Home Watch is defined by the National Home Watch Association as a visual inspection of your home or property, looking for obvious issues. This is the core of what we do and all service agreements start with Home Watch as our primary service.
If you're leaving a home unoccupied for an extended amount of time, our professional licensed, bonded, and insured home watch service will keep you informed of the property condition. We will check the home on a weekly, bi-weekly or custom basis. Emergency home checks are available, as needed. We are always advocating for our clients. We will strive to keep your property in top condition, and ready for your return.
Leaving your car, truck, RV or motorcycle unattended for extended periods can be a contributing factor to premature maintenance failures. Not to mention, the pack rats in our area like to nest and cause extensive damage to unattended vehicles. Tires sitting stationary will leave flat spots. Batteries can go dead and foul up electronics. Allow Vantage Point to help maintain your vehicles to keep them lubricated, charged, and running smooth for your return. (Don't worry about your classics...John is a 3rd generation owner of a '57 Chevy Bel Air. He completely understands the care and obsession!)
Leaving town, or returning home, we will arrange pick up or drop off at local airports, bus or train stations for your convenience
We can pick up any delivered mail or packages and place them inside your home for your return. We also clean up any junk mail, ad papers, or trash from the property that may give the appearance the home is unoccupied.
Having work done to your property while you are away? We can open the property for your service provider, lock up when they leave, and stay to ensure there are no mishandled complications while they work. We are also happy to provide references for vetted companies offering services you may need.
Your flight departs on Tuesday, but your trash needs to be taken down on Thursday, no problem. Home owners association will be happy to know we can bring the cans back in for you on Friday too. Storm blowing in and you left the patio furniture out by the pool, no problem. We can help move it into the garage. We will help or find a service provider that can assist with just about any home repair, maintenance, or project you need completed.
