• Buyer’s that have anxiety about leaving their home unoccupied can rest easy knowing we will provide professional documented home watch visits, and report back to them should any problems arise.

My clients always ask me to hold onto their keys after closing, which I am not insured to do. How can you help?

• We work directly with the homeowner, so all of the extra keyholder tasks which the client usually expects you to perform are no longer your responsibility, or your agencies liability.

This property needs work, but my sellers are out of town and they want me to get the property ready. How can you help?

• We will set up and watch over any work needed to get the property ready to market. As a former Realtor, I understand many of your concerns. We will work together to make it happen.

• Our inspections and documented reports may make a difference to insurance carriers when determining eligibility and pricing. They can also help fight against claim denials for unoccupied property provisions.

 I work with bank owned properties. How can you help?

• Foreclosures, short sales, and vacant properties will be visited on a regular basis so issues can be avoided. These can include: water damage, squatters, air filters, dry traps, insect infestations, and other problems.
